These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of No Guilt Money ("Service"), operated by No Guilt Money ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
No Guilt Money is a personal finance management tool. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to track bills, manage budgets, and monitor bank accounts.
No Guilt Money connects to your financial accounts through Plaid. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to retrieve balance and account information on your behalf. We do not initiate transactions or move money without your explicit action.
Financial data displayed in the app is for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or data inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Guilt Money is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on data displayed in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
